Devlen was born and raised in Rexburg, ID. He graduated from Madison High School in ‘88. Devlen served an LDS mission to Atlanta Georgia. Devlen and his wife Sarah are proud parents of two beautiful children; a girl and a boy. Devlen works with the youth in the community teaching responsibility and leadership. He is a master carpenter, enjoys skiing, four-wheeling, fishing, and writing cowboy poetry. Devlen has been in the construction and insulation industry since 1989. Devlen was on the PGA tour in 1993 but was unable to compete in the tour championship due to tendonitis in his elbows.
